You do not need all four to start. The hour and the district are enough for us to tell you who is free, and the rest can be settled in the same thread. If you are two people who want different things in the same hour, say that plainly in the first message — it is the most useful sentence you can send us, and it decides whether you want one therapist or a pair.
We read at every hour and answer in about ten minutes, night included. Airport hotels sit outside the usual arrival window, so mention it early and we will tell you honestly what the timing looks like before you commit to it.
