Olivia, and how she works.

English is her only language and being British she has never seriously needed another, least of all where half the conversations on the street are in it anyway. What distinguishes her in couples work is patience: she lets a booking take its own shape rather than imposing one, and she trusts the second therapist to do the same. The person not currently on the table gets as much of her attention as the one who is, which is the whole trick and almost nobody does it. Ninety minutes and upward, mostly; a booking confirms in about ten minutes and she is at the door not long after.

She works outcall only — your hotel room, your serviced apartment, your own flat. Twenty to thirty minutes across the centre once the booking is settled, at any hour. Schiphol airport hotels are by arrangement.
